ESTHERVILLE GRANTS 

Façade Grant - This matching grant of up to $10,000 is available to building owners and businesses looking to update and beautify the exterior façade of their building.
Second Story Window Grant - This matching grant is available to building owners for the purpose of putting new windows in the second story of their building. The grant provides a match of up to 70% of the materials cost.  
New Business Interior Remodel Grant - This matching grant of up to $7,500 is available to NEW or expanding businesses looking to remodel the interior of their building.

Tourism Grant - Available to those hosting an event that will draw people to Estherville. Allowed expenditures include but are not limited to marketing, space rental, equipment and materials, staff and insurance.
